Return policy and shipping information for Gather and Gown bridesmaids
Gather & Gown offers the flexibility of exchanging your purchase for another, but we do not accept returns.
There is a $20.00 restocking fee for an exchange, within 14 days of UPS delivery. Please contact Customer Service at 844-LUV-GG01 to discuss your exchange prior to shipping your merchandise to us. We offer an option of website credit if you are not able to find a suitable replacement for your initial purchase. [Website credit expires in a year after the exchange is processed]
To exchange merchandise, you need to meet the following conditions:
- You placed your order on our website, gatherandgown.com.
- You can return your order in the condition you received it. Dresses that have been worn, washed or altered will be sent back to you.
- Your merchandise must have all tags attached to the garment. We recommend keeping tags attached to a dress until you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
- You can return the Merchandise in the original box.
ALL OF OUR GARMENTS ARE CAREFULLY CONSTRUCTED AND INSPECTED BEFORE SHIPPING TO ENSURE THEY ARE IMPECCABLY MADE. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF A MANUFACTURING DEFECT, YOU SHOULD CONTACT THE SELLER IMMEDIATELY FOR A REMEDY.
